In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure the smooth functioning of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, including both on-premises and public cloud environments.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Microsoft 365 Workplace, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Operationalise ITIL processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Analyse data trends to optimise infrastructure performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and steer teams towards achieving compliance and operational goals.
- Act as a problem solver, delivering results under pressure and maintaining service quality.
You are a confident leader with a strong technical background and excellent organisational skills. You will have:
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Workplace, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Practical expertise in implementing and managing ITIL processes.
- A result-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure, assigning responsibilities appropriately and driving compliance.
