You will be part of their IT Audit and SOX controls team, where you will be responsible for leading their global SOX and ITGC Controls projects. You will hvae the chance to work with an international team, take part in a new and growing department and challenge yourself.
Role Expectations:
- Lead the end-to-end SOX 404 ITGC testing co-ordination and delivery for all in-scope IT SOX systems
- Participate in the scoping of the annual SOX program
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with our testing partner and internal resources
- Support the Global SOX Programme Lead in reporting on the effectiveness of the IT control environment to leadership
- Contribute to the Audit Committee materials and final report.
- Testing and management experience of ITGC controls and technology risks, with a minimum of 3 years of experience of leading ITGC SOX programs
- Effective stakeholder management with solid interpersonal skills to communicate with tact, persuasion and confidence.
- Work collaboratively and constructively across geographies, functions, and time zones
- Display a willingness to learn new concepts, take on complex tasks and deliver to timeframes.
