Our client in crypto is looking to expand their legal team in London, to contribute to the future of digital asset regulation.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Act as Counsel to the business, leading on commercial contract negotiation, and enabling the business to adhere to regulations and enabling their growth in the Web3 sphere.
- Provide key legal support and services on a corporate governance and risk management matters.
- Be hands-on and proactive, setting up agreements, contracts and corporate documents.
- Spearhead advisory to the wide range of business departments.
Ideal Requirements:
- 4–6 years PQE, ideally both in private practice and inhouse, with experience in payments.
- Knowledge and interest in crypto, MiCA and Web3 regulatory landscape is preferred.
- Strong generalist corporate knowledge.
- JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in one or more jurisdictions, plus an LPC qualification, or equivalent.
- Practical experience in managing and resolving legal matters, and providing business-oriented legal advice.
