Role Responsibilities & Challenges:
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure AWS solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other consultants.
  • Engage in technical pre-sales activities, guiding customers to define and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Drive innovation in cloud-native engineering approaches and methodologies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AWS solutions, ensuring performance optimization and security.
  • Contribute to technical standards and best practices.
Skillset & Experience We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing consulting role.
  • Extensive experience building performant, scalable, and secure AWS solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Expertise in cloud-native engineering approaches and methodologies.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, or similar.
  • Knowledge of AWS funding programs, such as MAP, OLA, WAP; hands-on experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and its application to large-scale deployments.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling such as Terraform for AWS deployments.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, EKS/ECS, Route53, Transit Gateways, and VPCs.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid cloud environments, including networking concepts such as NAT Gateways, VPNs, and Firewalls.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling such as GitHub and AWS CodePipeline.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools such as AWS GuardDuty and AWS Config.

  • Technical interview assessing relevant skills and experience.
  • Final interview with senior leadership to evaluate cultural fit and discuss role expectations.
