We're seeking an experienced Rust developer to lead the creation of high-performance systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting efficient parsing code, designing robust data structures, and maintaining peak performance through automated benchmarking.

We're seeking an experienced Rust developer to lead the creation of high-performance systems. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting efficient parsing code, designing robust data structures, and maintaining peak performance through automated benchmarking.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end Rust-based projects
- Develop and optimize parsing systems
- Research and implement advanced data structures for indexing/search, serialization etc
- Collaborate with team members to ensure CI automation, performance stability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience developing complex Rust based projects.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with high-performance data structures and parsing.
