Role Responsibilities & Challenges:
  • Lead high-performing data engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure Azure Data Platform solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Engage in technical pre-sales activities, guiding customers to define and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Drive innovation in cloud-native engineering approaches and methodologies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of data platform solutions, ensuring performance optimization and security.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skillset & Experience We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience leading (data) engineering teams in customer-facing, hands-on roles.
  • Extensive experience building performant, scalable, and secure Azure Data Platform solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, guiding customers through solution definition and implementation.
  • Broad knowledge of modern data platform solutions across multiple public cloud offerings.
  • Expertise in cloud-native engineering approaches and methodologies.
  • Deep technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Proficiency with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis, including the ability to build, maintain, and deploy automated processes using these tools.
