With the responsibility of Legal Counsel in a global FinTech organisation, you will be providing ongoing support to the global business and interact with key stakeholders representing the business in many jurisdictions, working closely with senior stakeholders and regulators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex business matters, drafting complex contracts and structures.
- Provide key legal support and services on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters, including data privacy.
- Manage legal claims, working with senior in-house counsel and external stakeholders.
- Proactively mitigate legal risks and keep up to date with relevant regulatory topics.
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant in-house financial services/ law firm experience.
- Qualified in Law in Germany.
- Business proficient in English, and German.
- Strong communication skills.
