Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the firm’s information security policies, standards, and frameworks in alignment with DORA, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate security risks
- Oversee incident response and threat intelligence to protect the firm from cyber threats and fraud
- Ensure security compliance with regulatory requirements (DORA, MiCA, GDPR) and industry best practices
Experience needed:
- 3+ years of experience in information security , cybersecurity, or risk management within financial services, fintech, or crypto industries
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, network security, and endpoint protection
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, MiCA and GDPR
- Familiarity with blockchain security, crypto custody solutions, and private key management best practices
