- Implement, configure, and optimize SailPoint solutions in line with business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in IAM, focusing on user access governance, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with broader cybersecurity and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems, performing necessary upgrades and patches to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Conduct user training and support to enhance IAM solution adoption and best practices.
Must-Have:
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ in a complex IAM environment, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Fluency in French (essential); English is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, SailPoint implementation, and configuration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an international, hybrid team setting.
- Ready to start promptly given the urgency of the requirement.
