I am representing a leading Web3 organisation that is searching for a Head of Compliance for their European entity.
Reporting to the CEO of Europe and spearheading the Luxembourg presence, you can expect strong autonomy and exposure.
As the company goes through various licensing and regulatory developments, you will be involved in day-to-day fundamental compliance activities within an entrepreneurial environment with long-term growth plans.

As the company goes through various licensing and regulatory developments, you will be involved in day-to-day fundamental compliance activities within an entrepreneurial environment with long-term growth plans.
To be considered for this role, you should ideally have:
- Over 5 years' experience as a Senior Compliance Officer or Head of Compliance in a similar crypto/fintech/blockchain/web3 firm
- Comfort with working autonomously
- Skills in end-to-end regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Experience leading conversations with regulators
- Knowledge of MiCA licensing/DORA licensing.
