A leading consultancy specializing in forensic accounting, dispute resolution, and litigation support is seeking a seasoned professional for a Director-level position. This role focuses on providing expert financial, litigation, and business consulting services to organizations engaged in government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare expert analyses and reports for litigation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
  • Address disputes involving prime contractors and subcontractors, including issues related to compliance and performance.
  • Investigate claims related to False Claims Act violations and Price Reduction Clause concerns.
  • Develop, analyze, and review Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs) and other claims.
  • Provide detailed rebuttals to findings issued by agencies such as the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
  • Support bid protest evaluations, focusing on cost and pricing disputes.

Required Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
  • A Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years in financial, business, or litigation consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with businesses engaged in government contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage the preparation of expert reports, trial exhibits, and litigation support.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills to dissect complex financial and contractual issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in developing clear, concise reports.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • A demonstrated ability to foster client relationships and deliver superior service.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% quarterly, depending on project needs.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and work within diverse teams.
