As a Director, you will lead high-stakes investigations, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide expert insight on complex accounting issues within litigation and dispute contexts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of translating intricate financial data into clear, actionable findings for clients facing challenging and high-value disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Investigations: Oversee forensic accounting projects, including fraud investigations, economic damage calculations, and business valuations, while managing multi-disciplinary teams across various cases.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that address their most pressing challenges.
  • Report Preparation and Testimony: Draft and review expert reports, and potentially serve as an expert witness in arbitration or court proceedings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 10+ years in forensic accounting or financial investigations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Credentials: CPA, CFE, or CFA required; additional certifications in fraud or forensic accounting are highly desirable.
  • Expertise: Strong background in forensic accounting within the context of dispute resolution, including experience with litigation support.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with experience delivering findings to clients, legal teams, and in high-stakes environments.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of integrity and excellence.
