Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead forensic accounting teams in conducting thorough analyses of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trademark violations, and complex royalty audits.
  • Serve as the primary expert for IP-related forensic investigations, providing strategic direction, oversight, and quality assurance.
  • Deliver expert testimony and high-level litigation support in major IP cases, partnering closely with top-tier legal teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the valuation, protection, and monetization of intellectual property assets.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed forensic reports and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic value.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the forensic accounting team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic accounting, with substantial expertise in intellectual property matters.
  • CPA, CFF, or similar advanced certifications are required.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing complex projects and teams.
  • Deep understanding of IP laws, regulations, and industry practices, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in forensic contexts.
  • Superior analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for legal and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering expert testimony and advising senior executives.
