We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect to join our partners team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of business processes to work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive organizational excellence.

As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing business strategies, processes, and systems that align with our client’s overall vision, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a robust business architecture framework that aligns with the company’s long-term strategy, facilitating the integration of business processes, technology, and organizational objectives.
• Lead the development and enhancement of business processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adaptability to support evolving market demands.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, identifying business needs and translating them into actionable solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals.
• Provide comprehensive business analysis, ensuring an in-depth understanding of the client’s operations, including financial, operational, and organizational structures.
• Provide expert guidance on business transformation initiatives, offering strategic advice to senior stakeholders and assisting with defining priorities and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and continuously improve existing business models, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Document and effectively communicate business requirements and solutions, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with business objectives and operational strategies.
• Ensure the integration of business architecture with the overall strategic direction of the organization, promoting continuous improvement and sustainable business practices.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or similar senior strategic role, with a track record of successful business architecture implementation.
• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex business concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience with business process modeling, design, and optimization.
• Familiarity with the alignment of business systems and IT strategies to organizational goals.
• TOGAF Certification (or equivalent business architecture certification) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect for business modeling and architecture design.
• Familiarity with Archimate as an enterprise architecture modeling language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
