Head of Learning and Development, Sam trains, coaches and mentors all our consultants and staff from graduate through to senior management level, developing them to their full potential. With 20+ years in recruitment, it’s safe to say Sam knows her stuff. Not only does she have a CIPD Level 7 in Organisational Development, but also an Executive Coaching Certificate from Henley Business School. Sam enjoys yoga, music, and visiting Italy. And in the office, her passion is taking a consultative approach where people are treated fairly, ethically, and with integrity. |
